Suggestion: Create Agoric BLD unicode

I’d like to propose that the Agoric team and community work towards creating an official Unicode symbol for the BLD token, similar to how major cryptocurrencies have established recognizable symbols:

• ₿ for Bitcoin
• Ξ for Ethereum
• Ł for Litecoin
• ℏ for Hedera

Having a dedicated BLD symbol would not only give our token a unique visual identity but also strengthen marketing, branding, and everyday usability. A simple, universal character would make BLD easier to recognize across applications, exchanges, media, and wallets.

As Agoric continues to grow, establishing a strong brand identity will be increasingly important. Symbols are powerful because they make the project instantly recognizable, even for those who are new to the ecosystem.

I believe the introduction of a Unicode symbol could:
• Enhance Agoric’s visibility in global markets
• Make BLD more accessible in text, charts, wallets, and media
• Support long-term branding and adoption

Would love to hear the community’s thoughts on this idea and whether we can gather support to push this initiative forward.

Likely no tangible impact at this point on price or anything else. Don’t support dedicating any team resource to this. If community can come up with something though, why not?

Any tools you know of to make this type of thing? I’m happy to spend some time on it.
