Hey all, I am collaborating with folks from OpCo and DCF to get this live. Our current plan:

Emerynet Proposal: Today, 10/13
Mainnet Proposal: Monday, 10/16
Mainnet Go-live: Thursday, 10/19, pending a successful vote
