Right now, the IST backing USDC in the PSM is consistently fairly drained, while there is over a million on each of USDC.AXL and USDC.GRV
Can most of this collateral be moved from USDC.AXL and USDC.GRV to main USDC, so people can unwind their vaults sooner?
Thanks for raising this. We’re keeping an eye on IST availability as well, and will be using funds to help keep IST available across all the PSM pairs. But, it is likely that demand will result in some pairs having less availability than others at times. In those situations we suggest that users consider using other collateral to obtain IST from the liquid pairs. (e.g., use the USDT>IST pair if the USDC>IST pair is insufficient to meet your needs.
