We’re at the point in the development of Fast USDC where validation on devnet looks particularly useful.

A governance proposal to deploy the contract should appear presently.

In devnet proposal #82, we were reminded that the transaction oracle operators have to be set up in advance. And I uploaded the wrong file in one place.
