ATOM and stATOM collateralization ratio and fee updates

The Economic Committee of the Inter Protocol continues to be impressed and satisfied with the performance of the Inter Protocol infrastructure and has, following recommendations from Gauntlet, reduced the collateralization ratios for ATOM and stATOM along the following lines.

ATOM:

  • Decreased ATOM minimum collateral ratio from 200% to 160%.
  • Decreased ATOM liquidation ratio from 190% to 150%.

stATOM:

  • Decreased stATOM minimum collateral ratio from 220% to 170%.
  • Decreased stATOM liquidation ratio from 200% to 160%.

The EC has also lowered the stability fee on ATOM and stATOM from 2.5% to 0.75%.
